keeping.
More than half the production of carp is represented by fry K2 and
K3 of piece weight 250-1,100 g.
The prevailing scaling phenotype is scaly fish (65-75%). Marketable
carp is supplied in piece
weight of 1,000-2,500 g. The carp fry (Kr and K1) is produced in pure
lines and according to the requirements of the customers also as utility
hybrid. From among the supplementary fish,
the biggest share has whitefish with production of 7-10 ton. Piece
weight of supplied whitefish is
governed by the requirements of the customers, most often in the range
of 200-700 g.
The volume of production of the other supplementary fish (tench, sandre,
etc.) represents 1-2 ton.
A proportion of the produced fish is also exported.
For production intensification Rybářství Růžička s.r.o. uses mainly
the environmental forms of farming. |
